dacgu is seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to design and execute the full recruitment lifecycle. You will work with managers to define manpower needs, write job descriptions, and source candidates via databases, portals, and social networks.

The role includes screening, interviewing (structured, competency-based, behavioral), onboarding, and budget planning. You will build talent networks, implement employer branding, and stay current with recruiting trends to attract top talent

Competenze

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiting coordinator
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Experience with multiple interview formats: phone, structured, behavioral, competency-based
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS and candidate management systems
• Knowledge of social media recruiting strategies
• Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools
• Good knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Ability to prioritize and meet hiring deadlines
• Bachelor's or Master’s in HR-related field; relevant certifications preferred

Skill sets/Experience we require:

Proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiting coordinator

Good interpersonal & communication skills

Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks

Ability to conduct different types of interviews i.e. structured, competency based & behavioral interviews

Familiarity or work experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems & candidate management systems

Familiarity with social media

Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools

Good knowledge of HR policies and best practices

Ability to prioritize and complete hiring within deadlines

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology or relevant field (OR)

Proven work experience with relevant certifications

SHRM certified professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certifies Professional (SHRM – SCP) – optional
