Job summary

YMCA of Northwest Florida is seeking a supportive assistant to help with the YMCA Reads/Bright Pathways after-school program, serving up to 32 students. You will assist with literacy instruction, academic support, structured enrichment, and student supervision.

You will monitor attendance, help with program operations, and coordinate with the Site Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery across the 32-week cycle, aligning hours with school dismissal times.

Supports the Site Coordinator in the implementation and daily operation of the YMCA Reads/Bright Pathways after-school program serving up to 32 students, assisting with literacy instruction, academic support, structured enrichment, student supervision, attendance monitoring, and program operations.
