Qualifications

• Bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Customer Support department for high tech products.
• Minimum 2 years' experience of ASML lithography/metrology system or similar technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose root causes and define action plans to resolve issues.
• Execute plans independently and handle most technical problems.
• Escalate with clear problem statements when needed.
• Interface with internal and external customers on planning and progress.
• Adhere to safety requirements and wear PPE as required.
• Work with QA and maintenance teams to ensure tool performance.
• Provide ongoing improvements through reports and procedures.
• Keep up to date with machine changes through training.
