Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred (strong recent graduate considered).
• Significant knowledge of CMOS, DMOS, Bipolar, and Discrete semiconductor devices.

Responsibilities

• Sustain current processes to achieve die yield goals and monitor compliance with parameters.
• Drive manufacturing to improve yields by improving electrical distributions and defectivity levels.
• Coordinate work with customers and internal manufacturing to improve die yield and reliability.
• Manage new product introduction and production support engineering after design transfer to production.
• Interface with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing engineering to solve issues.
• Develop and sustain process improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields.
• Other duties as assigned.
