Polar Semiconductor, LLC is seeking an engineer to sustain and improve die yield in semiconductor manufacturing. You will optimize equipment and processes, monitor parameters, and drive data‑driven decisions to enhance reliability and reduce defects.
The role requires a strong background in CMOS/DMOS/Bipolar devices, collaboration across functions, and effective communication with customers. Bloomington, MN location preferred.
This position will sustain and improve product die yield for semiconductor manufacturing processes by ensuring equipment and processes are optimized, monitored, controlled, and reliable.
Salary: The estimated base salary range for the position is $90,000–$127,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job‑related experience, skills and level of the position.
Benefits & Other Eligible Compensation: Includes health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, annual bonus, and tuition reimbursement.
