Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Yield Technician to monitor cone line deboning yield and log scrap scores on the Liberty Facility line. You will perform hourly scrape score checks and report anomalies to supervision for corrective action, while maintaining meticulous records for audits.

The role requires basic math, strong attention to detail, and clear communication with team members. Work is on-site, with a 2nd shift and overtime as needed to meet production needs.

• Basic math knowledge (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervision.
• Proficient in maintaining organized and legible records.

Responsibilities

• Scrape Monitoring: Perform hourly scrape scores on the cone line deboning process to ensure maximized yield.
• Communication: Promptly report high scrape scores or anomalies to supervision for corrective action.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and detailed paperwork for auditing and tracking purposes.
• Flexibility: Adapt to changes in tasks and schedules based on the company’s operational needs, particularly on the Night Shift, where schedules depend on cone line run times.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure precision in all calculations and records, as accuracy is critical to the role.
• Basic Math Application: Use basic math skills to analyze and interpret data related to scrape scores and yield performance.
