• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and detailed paperwork for auditing and tracking purposes.
• Flexibility: Adapt to changes in tasks and schedules based on the company’s operational needs, particularly on the Night Shift, where schedules depend on cone line run times.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure precision in all calculations and records, as accuracy is critical to the role.
• Basic Math Application: Use basic math skills to analyze and interpret data related to scrape scores and yield performance.

Must be authorized to work in the United States. The Immigration Reform and Control Act requires that verification of employment eligibility be documented for all new employees by the end of their third day of work.Work Environment, Physical Demands, and TravelThis position is required to access the poultry production environment and must be able to tolerate varying heat, wet, damp, cold, and chilled conditions within the plant. The role requires constant walking throughout the plant to pick up and deliver products, as well as frequent standing and bending. Team members must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Hearing and eye protective equipment are required in production areas, and team members are required to wear hair and beard nets where applicable. This role is on-site and does not require travel.This position does not have an application deadline.
