We are seeking multiple Yeoman Rating Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to work as part of a collaborative training development team for a DoD customer. The role is based in Florida with remote work options and no travel required.

Duties:

1. Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in a specific area, serving as the primary resource for that knowledge.
2. Collaborate with instructional designers to develop and review training materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives.
3. Identify and capture relevant knowledge, skills, and procedures from various sources.
4. Provide feedback on training content and recommend improvements.
5. Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in your expertise area.
6. Act as a consultant for instructional design, providing guidance on training development.
7. Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, trainers, and other SMEs.
8. Potentially deliver training sessions or workshops.
9. Create and maintain documentation related to your subject matter.
10. Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in your subject area.
11. Exhibit excellent communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
12. Understand instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.
13. Work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
14. Analyze information, identify gaps, and provide solutions.
15. Identify and resolve issues related to training content and delivery.
16. Adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
17. Provide subject matter expertise in systems, operations, logistics, engineering, or design, including performing relevant studies and analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of system-specific experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
