Job description

We are seeking multiple Personnel Specialist Rating Subject Matter Experts (SME), to work as an integral part of a collaborative training development team for a DoD customer. The role is based in Florida and allows for remote work, with no travel required.

Duties:
  1. Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in a specific area, serving as the primary resource for that knowledge.
  2. Collaborate with instructional designers to develop and review training materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives.
  3. Identify and capture relevant knowledge, skills, and procedures from various sources (e.g., documentation, experts, real-world scenarios).
  4. Provide constructive feedback on training content, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Remain up-to-date on the latest industry standards, best practices, and advancements in your area of expertise.
  6. Act as a consultant for instructional design, providing guidance and expertise on various aspects of training development.
  7. Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts from other areas.
  8. Potentially involved in delivering training sessions or workshops, sharing your expertise directly with learners.
  9. Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to your area of expertise.

Required Experience:
  1. Minimum 5-7 years system specific experience.
Required Education:
  1. BA/BS or equivalent.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
