As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you'll work directly with local businesses to help them achieve their goals through Yelp's advertising programs. You'll contact small business owners via phone to understand their needs and customize sales solutions. Our success is measured by achieving and exceeding sales goals and helping clients grow their businesses.
Two months of initial training plus ongoing career development through the Yelp Sales Development Program, including learning sales techniques, CRM tools, and internet advertising.
First-year earnings range from $50k-$65k with base salary and uncapped incentives. Year 2 on-target earnings can reach $70k-$112k. Starting salary is $37k plus commission. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, parental leave, wellness reimbursement, 401(k), and stock plans.
