Yelp connects people with local businesses. As an Account Executive, you will work directly with local businesses to help them meet their goals through Yelp's advertising programs. Your responsibilities include outbound calls to small business owners, educating them on Yelp's advertising solutions, and customizing solutions to meet their needs.

You will work from home, managing a pipeline of clients across various industries, and aim to exceed monthly sales quotas. Success depends on your ability to communicate persuasively, handle rejection, and manage your daily goals effectively.

Responsibilities include:
  • Educating business owners about Yelp advertising through high-volume outbound calls.
  • Managing a client pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Mastering Yelp's advertising products and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Tracking daily and monthly performance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years customer-facing experience or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Proficient in computer use, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • First-year earnings: $50k-$65k, with uncapped commissions.
  • Year 2 on target earnings: $70k, with top performers earning ~$112k.
  • Base salary of $37k plus commissions.
