Zealand Pharma in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Scientist or Senior Scientist in Yeast Surface Display to help build and operate a high-throughput display platform at our new research center. You will execute the full yeast surface display workflow, from library construction through selections against challenging targets and lead the efforts in affinity maturation.

You will collaborate with Mass Spectrometry, Biophysics and Pharmaceutical Development, apply NGS to track diversity and enrichment,

Qualifikationen

• PhD or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
• 2+ years post-degree experience in yeast surface display or related discovery tech (Scientist).
• 4+ years post-degree experience for Senior Scientist.
• Experience with antibody, VHH, affibody, or mini-protein binders.
• Experience applying NGS to analyze display libraries.

• Execute full yeast surface display workflow from library construction to selections.
• Design and execute affinity maturation strategies.
• Apply NGS to track diversity and enrichment; identify lead clones.
• Collaborate with Mass Spectrometry, Biophysics, and Pharmaceutical Development teams.
