Qualifications

• Leadership experience on campus or in your community.
• Willingness to dedicate a year to learn organizing and work on multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Run three to five campaigns across multiple locations in the United States.
• Manage grassroots canvass office and supervise canvass staff.
• Receive eight weeks of classroom training on organizing skills and theory.
• Help graduates connect with organizing jobs after the year.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance.
