Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. is seeking a Yearbook Account Representative to manage a portfolio of school accounts in Sedalia, MO.

You will assist yearbook advisers and staff with planning, producing, and submitting yearbooks, while guiding them through online platforms and addressing product questions. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple systems.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for yearbook accounts in your territory.
• Provide training and ongoing support for our yearbook design software and tools.
• Track customer progress and deadlines to ensure timely submissions and delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Process orders, invoices, and payments with accuracy and care.
• Recommend additional products or services, rebook returning customers, and follow up with leads.
• Keep detailed records of communication and account status in our systems.
