MOBILE YEARBOOK SALES REPRESENTATIVE SUMMARY

This is an outside sales representative role that sells to and services educational yearbook programs across the United States. The position requires company‑paid relocation every 3-12 months depending on the need in our sales territories. Company-paid housing, a rental vehicle, and gas reimbursement are provided. The base salary is $45,000, plus opportunities for sales bonuses and commissions.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or will have graduated by August 2026, and has an interest or background in outside sales, yearbooks, journalism, marketing, graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar skills. The candidate must be open to temporary relocation and able to work independently.

Start date: June 29, 2026. Company‑paid, required sales training is scheduled from June 29 to July 24, 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Travel and stay in locations across the U.S. to provide territory coverage as needed
• Support customers through every aspect of yearbook production
• Prospect and sell additional schools on working with Walsworth
• Teach and engage students while keeping on track with budgets and deadlines
• Daily travel to schools, both customers and prospects, within the assigned territory
• Work independently to make daily schedule and run territory
• Learn company programs and other technology used in the industry, including CRM

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work in an active, fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Competitive, driven with ability to lead and motivate others
• Experience with yearbook and/or sales is ideal, yet not necessary
• Ability to establish home office and work independently
• Valid driver's license, ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and pass a background check
