Job summary

Sugarbush Resort in Vermont seeks a Sales Manager to lead strategic sales across resort business areas. You will drive revenue by developing targeted plans and building key accounts, partnering with the VP of Sales on market strategies for Social, Military, Religious, and Travel segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 5+ years sales and management experience.
• Ability to travel for work.
• Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Experience managing high performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual sales/marketing plans for each area.
• Travel for sales prospecting calls, meetings and trade shows.
• Maintain Delphi CRM with leads, opportunities, and activity.
• Create proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
• Monitor pricing, products, promotions, and sales strategies.
• Coordinate handoffs to operations for smooth delivery.
• Build and maintain key client relationships.
