Job summary

Coastal Companies LLC in Warwick, RI is seeking hardworking Landscaping Professionals to join our team. These roles involve landscape maintenance across seasons and snow removal in winter, offering steady year-round employment for motivated individuals who work in all weather conditions.

You will perform lawn care, plantings, mulching, and seasonal cleanup, operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers, and support commercial and residential properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or outdoor labor preferred but not required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Team player with ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Plant shrubs, flowers, and trees
• Spread mulch, loam, and seed
• Assist with landscape installations and seasonal cleanups
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, backpack blowers, and hedge trimmers
• Load and unload materials, tools, and debris
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Shovel snow from walkways, entrances, and other designated areas
• Apply ice melt and sand to prevent slippery conditions
• Assist with snow removal operations for commercial and residential properties
• Work during snow events, which may include nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
