Job summary

Coastal Companies LLC in Warwick, RI is seeking a dependable Professional Landscape Gardener to maintain and enhance commercial properties across seasons. This role supports spring through fall landscaping and winter snow and ice operations.

You will perform mowing, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups, operate lawn equipment, and help keep sites safe and professional. The job offers year-round employment with overtime opportunities and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting locations.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment or participating in snow operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Plant shrubs, flowers, and trees.
• Spread mulch, loam, and seed.
• Assist with landscape installations and seasonal cleanups.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and debris.
• Support general property improvement projects.
• Shovel snow from walkways and entrances.
• Apply ice melt and sand to reduce slipping.
• Assist with snow and ice operations for commercial properties.
• Work during snow events, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
