Qualifications

• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Experience operating landscaping equipment or participating in snow operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Plant shrubs, flowers, and trees.
• Spread mulch, loam, and seed.
• Assist with landscape installations and seasonal cleanups.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and debris.
• Support general property improvement projects.
• Shovel snow from walkways and entrances.
• Apply ice melt and sand to reduce slipping.
• Assist with snow and ice operations for commercial properties.
• Work during snow events, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

As a Professional Landscape Gardener, you will help maintain and improve commercial properties throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons, while also supporting snow and ice operations during the winter months.

Key Responsibilities

Landscaping Duties (Spring-Fall)

• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Plant shrubs, flowers, and trees
• Spread mulch, loam, and seed
• Assist with landscape installations and seasonal cleanups
• Operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, backpack blowers, and hedge trimmers
• Maintain clean, professional, and safe job sites
• Load and unload materials, tools, and debris
• Support general property enhancement and maintenance projects

Snow Removal Duties (Winter)

• Shovel snow from walkways, entrances, and designated areas
• Apply ice melt and sand to reduce slippery conditions
• Assist with snow and ice operations for commercial properties
• Work during snow events, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
