Job summary

Coastal Companies LLC is seeking a dependable Landscape Operations Manager to oversee daily landscaping operations and support our growing team in Warwick, RI. The role involves managing crews, ensuring high-quality work across sites, and coordinating projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities include supervision of crews, scheduling, and safety, with seasonal focus on spring–fall landscaping and winter snow removal operations.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience required.
• Experience leading crews or managing teams preferred.
• Strong understanding of landscaping practices and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple landscaping crews.
• Provide direction, support, and supervision to crew leaders and team members.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
• Assist with scheduling, job planning, and coordination of crews and equipment.
• Oversee lawn maintenance, plantings, seasonal cleanups, and landscape installations.
• Coordinate and support snow removal crews during storm events; manage site logistics.
