BrightView Landscapes Ltd. is seeking a Landscaper II to provide landscape maintenance across commercial, industrial, and public properties.

The role involves year-round outdoor work and a transition to the sidewalk team during snow season to manage entryways and sidewalks using basic snow equipment. The position requires operating and maintaining landscaping tools, adherence to safety practices, and a customer-friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and dependable.
• Able to safely operate landscaping equipment.
• Certified on level 1 equipment (backpack blower, edger, trimmer, mower).
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf using power mowers, perform trimming and edging.
• Operate company ATVs and equipment; requires a valid driver’s license.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to maintain shape and health.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Operate edger and line trimmer along sidewalks and beds.
• Rake leaves, blow debris onto turf, and mulch as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment to extend life.
• Remove trash and maintain landscape cleanliness.
• Maintain a polite, friendly demeanor with guests and customers.
• Report unsafe conditions to Crew Leader or Production Manager.
