Coastal Companies LLC in Warwick, RI is hiring a Professional Landscape Gardener to maintain commercial properties through spring, summer, and fall, with winter snow and ice support. Expect year-round work and a focus on quality, professionalism, and growth.

You will perform lawn mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups, operate equipment, and help with installations while keeping sites safe and neat.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting locations.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Plant shrubs, flowers, and trees.
• Spread mulch, loam, and seed.
• Assist with landscape installations and seasonal cleanups.
• Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, backpack blowers, and hedge trimmers).
• Maintain clean, professional, and safe job sites.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and debris.
• Support general property enhancement and maintenance projects.
• Shovel snow from walkways, entrances, and designated areas.
• Apply ice melt and sand to reduce slippery conditions.
• Assist with snow and ice operations for commercial properties.
• Work during snow events, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
