Cedar Point is hiring a Year-Round Front Desk Agent at Sawmill Creek Resort to deliver exceptional guest service, assist with check-in/check-out, and sell park tickets and add-ons. The role emphasizes quick problem solving, friendly communication, and accurate handling of payments.

The position is part-time year-round with a starting wage of $16.00/hour for ages 18+. Perks include free uniforms, free admission to Cedar Point properties, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and sell tickets/add-ons.
• Maintain guest information securely and confidentially.
• Answer questions in person and over the phone with courtesy.
• Coordinate with Front Office Manager and other shifts.
• Provide guest service per Cedar Point standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the assigned work area.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to maintain guest information, including credit card information, in a secure and confidential manner.
• Ability to check guests into and out of the hotel, sell tickets, and answer guest questions.
• Ability to solve guest related concerns in a positive and professional manner.
  Maintain open communication with other shifts and the Front Office Manager.
• Provide guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and perform all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety Guidelines.
• Meet Cedar Fair's attendance requirements.
  Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Charismatic attitude
• Ability to learn and use the hotel Property Management System (Opera)
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Comany Policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older
