Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building.
• Performs minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes.
• Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and cafeteria.
• Performs limited grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks and decks.
• Ensures heating and cooling systems are operational.
• Maintains a neat and orderly custodial closet; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
• Cleans windows, mirrors, and partitions.
• Ensures safety by using OSHA standards for chemical usage and PPE.
• Provides superior service to guests by interacting courteously and efficiently.
• Drive vehicles required to perform cleaning work.
• Contributes to team effort and assists other departments as needed.
• Flexible working hours; some job sharing may be required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
