Dubuque YMCA is seeking Part-Time Group Leaders to support YCare programs at Carver, Eisenhower and Table Mound. Ideal for paraprofessionals, high school and college students who want morning or after-school hours.

Shifts include M-Th 6:30am–8:30am (9:30am Fridays) and M-F 3:00pm–6:00pm. The role focuses on building achievement and belonging in youth and strengthening families through supportive supervision and activities.

We are looking for After School Group Leaders - This position supports the work of the Dubuque YMCA, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Provides a quality experience to children and parents that focuses on building achievement and belonging in youth and relationships among youth and within families.

Shifts Available

• -Part Time, M-Th, 6:30am - 8:30am (9:30am on Fridays)
• -M-F 3:00pm - 6:00pm
