Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of all required on the job training.
• Successful completion of all required health and environmental safety training.
• Previous Yarn or Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tend to machines that twist yarn.
• Creel yarn packages and load yarn into twister.
• Reposition buggies of yarn and stage tubes for winder operation.
• Thread ends, operate spindle, and repair breakouts during production runs.
• Doff twisted yarn packages and transfer to buggy/container.
• Monitor production output and machine safety; maintain efficiency.
• Clean and dechoke spindles; perform quality checks using black lights.
• Attend training and follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Perform housekeeping and other tasks as directed by management.
