You will follow established dyeing processes, produce at a steady pace, and help ensure high-quality yarn. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 5:00 AM-1:30 PM; Saturdays as needed. Target hourly salary is $21 with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow established dye kitchen and yarn production processes and procedures.
• Complete dyeing and production tasks accurately and at the expected pace.
• Monitor work for quality and consistency throughout the production process.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and ready for production.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production needs.
• Support Saturday production as needed.
