Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Yardspotter at our Missouri distribution center. You will drive yard trucks to position and attach trailers, inspect equipment, and ensure loads are secure for transport.

The position offers a full-time schedule on the 2nd shift (evening) with benefits beginning after 60 days. Candidates should have a high school diploma; CDL not required. Background checks and drug screening may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions and labels.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor or yard truck to attach trailers and secure lines.
• Move and spot trailers to doors or lot locations.
• Fuel, clean, inspect, and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Read labels, understand bill of lading, and perform basic calculations.
