Job summary

High Concrete Group LLC, based in Denver, PA, is hiring a Yard Person/Material Handler for 2nd shift (3:00 PM start, Sunday–Thursday). You will help move products from production to yard storage and prepare them for shipment to job sites.

Ideal candidates can work outdoors year round, have a valid driver's license, and are willing to operate equipment such as travel lifts or tow motors. You will receive a $3.00 per hour differential between 5 PM and 5 AM; positions start at $21.00.

Responsibilities

• General Duties: Assist in hooking up products for loading and unloading
• Setting blocks, evaluating pieces with wood blocks
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Use of hand signals to escort equipment operators for setting, lifting or maneuvering production pieces during loading/unloading process
• Operate electronic hand held scanners for verification of production pieces during storage process
• Will gather, at start of shift, shims, steel blocks, homosote, rack pins, and wood blocking used for the days production

We are actively seeking Yard person/Material Handler to join our 2nd Shift - 3:00PM start time team.

Material Handlers/Yardperson are responsible to assist in performing duties to ensure the proper and safe handling of products from the production areas to yard storage. Also, to ensure a smooth and safe flow of products from the storage areas onto trailers for shipments to job sites.

Ideal candidates will be able to start work at 3:00 PM, Sunday- ThursdayYou will receive a shift differential of $3.00 per hour for any hours worked between 5 pm and 5 am.

Positions start at $21.00.
