High Concrete Group LLC is seeking a Lead for the 3rd Shift Material Handling crew in Denver, PA, starting at 3:00 AM, Monday–Friday, to plan, train, and supervise the assigned area and ensure shipping schedules are met.
The ideal candidate has concrete/construction experience, 1–3 years in precast, a CDL A license, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to read blueprints and work outdoors year round.

High Concrete Group LLC is currently seeking a Lead person for our 3rd Shift Material Handling crew, this is a Monday-Friday with a start time of 3:00AM.
The Leadperson is responsible for daily planning; directing, training, implementation, and general supervision of his/her assigned area. Accountable to meet shipping schedules within budgeted allocations, and to meet the above responsibilities while ensuring conformance to safety and quality standards. Accountable to maintain a demonstrated ability to perform all the functions/operations of those positions within the department.
