Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal support hub inquiries and provide timely Yardi helpdesk support.
• Draft SOPs, checklists, and quick guides to maintain internal best practices.
• Collaborate with operations to analyze Yardi tickets and identify training opportunities.
• Maintain user access across Yardi and Smartsheet systems and handle onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Escalate critical Yardi cases and ensure timely resolution.
