Job summary

Spinoso Real Estate Group seeks a Systems Support Analyst I to provide day‑to‑day system support for its real estate portfolio. This role focuses on troubleshooting issues, assisting end users, and ensuring smooth operation of key business systems, especially Yardi.

You will contribute to system enhancements, participate in cross‑functional initiatives, and support across multiple departments in a fast‑paced environment while learning new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of systems support, operations, or similar roles.
• Experience with property management or accounting systems (Yardi preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and navigate complex workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests.
• Experience or interest in SQL data querying.
• Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades.
• Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line support for system-related issues across Yardi.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating more complex problems as needed.
• Monitor support requests and ensure timely resolution and follow‑up.
• Assist with system configuration, setup, and maintenance tasks.
• Support data entry, cleanup, and validation to maintain data integrity.
• Partner with BI and Project Management teams to support system implementations and enhancements.
• Document common issues, resolutions, and processes to build a scalable knowledge base.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to systems or workflows.
• Assist with user training and adoption of new tools and processes.
