Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Systems Specialist to support and enhance our enterprise technology at the Baltimore home office. You will be the trusted resource for Yardi Senior Housing and other key applications, providing advanced support, configuration, and administration to help the organization run smoothly.

The role involves collaborating with users and IT teams to resolve issues, improve functionality, and ensure data integrity, security, and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1–2 years’ experience in enterprise software administration and support.
• Experience with Senior Living, Property Management, ERP/CRM or clinical software is preferred.
• Experience managing a software support desk and incident handling.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with urgency and prioritization.
• Basic Excel and data handling skills; willingness to learn SQL.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support and incident resolution; monitor support activity and trends.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
• Maintain data integrity and security across business systems.
• Learn Brightview business processes used in Yardi and related systems.
• Develop user guides and training materials; track issues in the Help Desk system and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with vendors to research and resolve system issues; ensure timely resolution.
• Configure and maintain system settings, security roles, workflows, and features per standards.
• Support software initiatives with setup, UAT, training, issue tracking and post-implementation support.
• Conduct routine audits, data validation and maintenance for performance and compliance.
• Process vendor invoices for software; handle other duties as assigned.
