Job summary

Vancouver Housing Authority is seeking a Systems and Data Analyst to develop and implement solutions that support business strategy. You will serve as all-tier support for the Yardi system, triage incidents, run tests, and debug reports and queries.

The role includes creating reports, documenting processes, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with IT to resolve issues. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years in related roles are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field, MIS, or equivalent.
• Four years of related work experience in IT/Data/Systems roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop; Exchange Online, Office 365; SharePoint and Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining reports and outputs with data accuracy checks.
• Analyze and document business processes and system workflows.
• Manage test environments and coordinate data refreshes.
• Create and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and data imports/exports.
• Develop and update software applications from specifications and resolve errors.
• Provide technical support for application and data issues with IT team.
• Identify root causes with end users and implement solutions.
• Train end users and support staff on system functionality and best practices.
