Westminster Management is seeking a Yardi Support Analyst to provide application support across our property management offices and corporate offices in New York and Florham Park. This role blends application setup, user support, and training with expertise in MS Excel-based reporting tools and document automation.

You will manage client requests, configure new locations, develop reports, and support Yardi modules, including Rent Café and Budgeting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Yardi experience preferred in multifamily environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong SQL and SSRS reporting skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi.

Responsabilités

• Handle client requests via ticketing systems, email, and phone.
• Set up and configure new locations as requested by business units.
• Develop and document policies, standards, procedures, and checklists.
• Create custom ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Provide remote training for clients via web meetings.
• Ensure timely and accurate ticket resolution and escalation when needed.
• Assist Asset Managers with annual budgets and performance monitoring.
