Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ Yardi experience (maintenance and development) preferably in a multifamily environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• SQL database management experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle client requests via ticketing systems (email/phone).
• Enter and manage cases in support ticketing system.
• Set up and configure new locations per business units.
• Develop and document plans, policies, standards, procedures and checklists.
