Kushner is seeking a Yardi Support Analyst to provide application support for property management and development offices, with focus on Microsoft Excel reporting and document automation. This role covers setup, training, and ad hoc reporting while improving Yardi functionality to meet business needs.

Based in Florham Park, NJ, the position involves remote training, ticket management, and collaboration with asset managers on budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ Yardi experience (maintenance and development) in multifamily environment.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; advance degree preferred.
Microsoft SQL database management and SSRS reporting experience.
Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver clear reports to senior management.
Excellent verbal and written communication; data integrity and problem solving.
Ability to work in a structured corporate environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Handle client requests via ticketing systems, email or phone.
Enter and manage cases in the support system and configure new locations.
Develop and document plans, standards, procedures and checklists.
Create custom ADHOC reports and enhance Yardi platform performance.
Provide remote training and communicate platform updates to management.
Roll out and implement Yardi modules and related interfaces with stakeholders.
Assist Asset Managers with annual budgets and monitor performance against budgets.
