Job summary

Westminster Management is seeking a Yardi Support Analyst to deliver application support for our multifamily real estate teams in New York and Florham Park. The role blends application setup, user support, and training, with expertise in MS Excel reporting tools and custom reports.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ Yardi experience (maintenance and development)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft SQL and SSRS reporting
• Strong analytical and technical skills; ability to create stored procedures and report layouts
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to senior management
• Ability to maintain data integrity and identify problems through data analysis
• Able to articulate ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Handle client requests via ticketing systems, email, and phone
• Enter and manage cases; provide timely resolutions
• Setup new locations as requested by business units
• Develop and document plans, standards, procedures, and checklists
• Provide support for Yardi applications and create custom ADHOC reports
• Enhance Yardi platform performance to meet business objectives
• Provide remote training for clients via web meetings
• Document best practices and share with internal teams
• Assist asset managers with annual budgets and roll out Yardi modules
• Lead rollout of Rent Café, Rent Maximizer, Procure to Pay, and other modules
