Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. is seeking a Yard Associate to support daily yard and warehouse operations at Heritage Pool Supply - El Cajon. You will receive, stock, and organize inventory while following safety guidelines and delivering friendly, attentive customer service.

This role involves loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, keeping aisles clear, and completing shipping/receiving paperwork with teammates to meet delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish may be required.

Responsibilities

• Move, stock, and organize products in the yard and warehouse to keep inventory accurate and easy to find.
• Load and unload materials from customer and company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment while following all safety rules.
• Keep the yard and warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Check and verify orders, complete shipping and receiving paperwork, and work with team members to meet delivery deadlines.
• Assist with other warehouse or yard tasks as needed.
