Position Purpose

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick‑up or delivery.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.

Physical & Travel Requirements

• Lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously.
• Move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Work in warehouse environment exposed to noise, hot or cold temperatures.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
• Minimal to none travel required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously during the workday.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English; bilingual Spanish may be required in specific locations.
• Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience or certification; training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training.
• Any additional experience in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environment.

Salary & Benefits

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $22.88 per hour. Overtime, performance‑based bonuses, commissions, car allowance, and travel expense reimbursement may be available based on role and company policy. Hourly associates may also be eligible for benefits such as 401(k) with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off, medical/dental/vision, flexible spending accounts, company‑paid life and disability insurance, and other optional plans subject to eligibility.
