Job summary

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required or must be obtained.
• Delivery experience and dealing with the public preferred.
• Basic math, reading, writing and speaking skills required.
• Knowledge of lumber, building materials, and material handling preferred.
• Must lift and load up to 100 lbs; climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to merchandise and stock yard and warehouse.
• Unload incoming freight and prepare for delivery.
• Assist truck drivers in delivery to homeowners and job sites.
• Load materials into customers' vehicles based on POS record.
• Maintain yard and warehouse in clean, orderly condition.
• Identify shortages and report to store management.
