Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC is hiring yard and warehouse associates in Mississippi to provide excellent customer service while handling merchandise, loading/unloading trucks, and assisting with deliveries.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, stocking loads, and supporting store operations. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and work safely at the yard or job sites. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required or willing to obtain certification.
• Delivery experience preferred.
• Experience dealing with the public is essential.
• Basic math skills needed for transactions and counts.
• Reading, writing, and speaking skills must be satisfactory.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers or contractors entering the yard/warehouse.
• Operate forklift to merchandise and stock yard and warehouse.
• Assist truck drivers in delivery of merchandise to homes and job sites.
• Load materials into customers' vehicles or delivery trucks per POS record.
• Develop expertise with forklifts, warehouse lifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Unload incoming freight without damaging goods or carrier equipment.
• Identify shortages and report to store management.
• Maintain clean, orderly yard and warehouse area.
• Assist cashiers or staff with customer help at the register.
• Assist contractor sales counter functions as needed.
• Perform all duties satisfactorily as required.
