Job summary

Farmers Union Industries, LLC is seeking a Yard Truck Operator for the 3rd shift at our Redwood Falls, MN facility. Responsibilities include moving raw material trailers, backing up and unloading, and coordinating with production to ensure accurate, timely processing.

A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is required. Starting wage is $25.92/hour with additional $2/hour night shift and weekend differential, plus regular pay increases.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required or preferred.
• Experience backing up trailers or operating a skid steer and forklift preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to read data trends.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic yard trucks to move raw material trailers to unloading bays.
• Unload materials from trailers and assist with handling across multiple trailer types.
• Operate skid-steers or forklifts to remove large materials as needed.
• Clean trailers and equipment with pressure washers and brushes.
• Complete paperwork for each unloaded trailer and coordinate with production.
• Communicate trailer load information to production to prevent errors.
• Maintain safety, follow policies, and comply with environmental and food safety rules.
