Qualifications

• Experience in food/feed production, a plus.
• Proficient in basic math and reading data trends; accurately and legibly record information.
• Effectively communicate with external truck drivers, both in writing and verbally.
• Accurately read and understand signs, labels, warnings, directions, and operator manuals.
• Ability to maintain composed and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Work in a facility that processes multiple species including cows, pigs, and poultry.
• Willingness and ability to work extra hours as needed during the week or weekend.
• Must be 18 years of age or older for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Remove product in various trailer types using appropriate equipment.
• Operate skid-steers or forklifts to move materials from trailers.
• Clean trailers and equipment with pressure washer and brush.
• Inspect trailers and report repairs.
• Complete paperwork for loaded/unloaded trailers.
• Communicate load information to production to prevent errors.
• Follow safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and regular attendance.
