Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid and active driver's license.
• High School or equivalent diploma.
• 21 years or older; English proficiency required.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and endure shifts up to 12 hours.
• Work 40 hours/week with overtime; flexible shifts incl. weekends/nights/holidays.
• Understand and follow safety guidelines in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform trailer moves in the yard and coordinate yard activities.
• Ensure trailers arrive/depart on time with zero defects and maintain workflow.
• Operate CMVs on yard/non-public roads to move trailers.
• Learn and comply with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Complete vehicle inspections and report issues to management.
• Support site operations and peer training as needed.
• Drive and load/unload trailers using approved equipment.
