Job summary

Amazon is seeking Transportation Associates to support yard operations, trailer moves, and on-site safety. You will coordinate trailer check-ins, manage traffic flow, and work with carriers to ensure on-time departures. You must hold a valid driver’s license, be 21 or older, and be able to lift up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

Hold a valid and active driver's license.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be 21+ years old and able to read/understand English.
Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
Able to work 40 hours per week with overtime.
Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.

Responsibilities

Make safety a priority by adhering to company rules and regulations in the yard.
Coordinate trailer check-ins, traffic flow, and internal communications with operations.
Operate multiple vehicle types and move trailers to support the transportation network.
Complete driver vehicle inspection reports and notify managers of issues.
Follow schedules and comply with DOT regulations and Amazon policy.
Support site operations and external carriers to ensure on-time trailer movements.
