Qualifications

• Hold a valid and active driver’s license.
• High School or equivalent diploma.
• 21+ years old with ability to understand and adhere to safety guidelines in English.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk up to 12 hours, and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety by following company rules and regulations for fleet operations.
• Coordinate yard activities to keep trailers arriving and departing on time with zero defects.
• Operate CMVs on non-public roads/yard for moving trailers to docks and parking locations.
• Learn and comply with DOT regulations and Amazon policies.
• Complete driver vehicle inspection reports and report issues to management.
• Track hours and breaks per policy and attend yard safety protocols.
