Amazon is seeking Transportation Associates in Phoenix, AZ to support its growing yard operations. You will perform trailer moves, coordinate yard activities, and participate in training programs including hostler and CDL-related courses.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent diploma.
• Valid driver's license and 21+ years old.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Willingness to work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make safety a priority by following rules and policies for all yard operations.
• Perform yard functions to ensure trailers arrive and depart on time with zero defects.
• Operate CMVs on non-public roads or in yard to move trailers.
• Learn and comply with DOT regulations and Amazon policies.
• Complete vehicle inspection reports and communicate issues to management.
• Follow schedules, track hours, and maintain safety in all conditions.
• Support site operations and external carriers as needed.
• Drive, maneuver, and load/unload trucks using approved equipment.
