Sunbelt Rentals is hiring for a Porter / Yard Worker to station and retrieve equipment across the location. You’ll maintain maintenance schedules and service gear to ensure compliance with specs while inspecting units before and after rentals.

The role emphasizes effective customer communication, basic math, and safe operation of construction tools, with opportunities for growth into mechanic, driver, or customer service paths.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Station and retrieve equipment on the location's property.
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment as needed.
• Inspect equipment before and after rental to document damage.
