Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Porter / Yard Worker to station and retrieve equipment on-site. You will maintain a maintenance schedule and may service equipment to ensure specifications are met, while inspecting gear before and after rentals to document losses or damages.

This role requires basic tools experience, good communication with customers, and a safety-focused mindset; mechanical aptitude helps in daily tasks. Training opportunities and benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Positioning and retrieving equipment on the location's property.
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment to meet specifications.
• Inspect equipment before and after rental to document losses or damage.
